One of the area’s best-kept secrets is the size and scope of its manufacturing sector.  Located a few kilometers north of Arborg within Bifrost - Vidir Machine Inc., the Pro Fab Group of Companies, Okno Manufacturing,  Diemo Machine Works Inc. as well as several other businesses, sell their products widely in both national and international markets.   Almost 350 people are employed by these companies.

In addition to the manufacturing just outside of Arborg, the Town itself boasts a thriving industrial sector, situated in two industrial parks within and adjacent to the Town limits, including two seed processing plants, a grain elevator, specialty foods processing facility, biofuel production plant and numerous retail businesses, to name a few.

Reasonably priced land is available for development in the two appropriately zoned industrial parks.
