A regional office of the Province of Manitoba Agriculture, Food and Rural Initiatives GO (Growing Opportunities) Centre is located in Arborg.   Staff work with businesses, industry groups, farmers, towns and rural municipalities to help develop business initiatives.  Specialists consult on business and community development, rural leadership and farm production and many other areas of interest to entrepreneurs.

Interlake Regional Health Authority - the Arborg & District Health Centre provides in-patient beds, personal care home, medical clinic with four doctors, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, dietician, speech/language and other health services including medical specialist consultations through Telehealth.
